Lizzie Fortunato respects the privacy of its customers and intends to optimize the lizziefortunato.com shopping experience. On occasion, Lizzie Fortunato may email customers to send product and store updates; should customers prefer not to receive these emails, please contact us to request removal at contact@lizziefortunatojewels.com.

ORDERS & SHIPPING

All orders will ship within 2-3 business days of order confirmation, unless otherwise indicated. Upfront payment is required for all purchases (including items on back-order or pre-order). Lizzie Fortunato business days are Monday – Friday, excluding weekends and major holidays.

Orders are shipped via UPS Ground throughout the United States for a flat charge of $10, unless otherwise indicated. Please note, UPS does not deliver to P.O. boxes. Applicable sales tax will be applied for all purchases within New York State.

International orders are shipped via US Postal Service Priority International Service for a flat charge of $30 to Canada and $50 to the rest of world, unless otherwise indicated. International shipments may be subject to additional customs, duties and fees and are the full responsibility of the recipient. These fees may vary from country to country and shipping delays may occur due to customs.

EXCHANGES

Lizzie Fortunato accepts unused items in their original condition for store credit within 10 days of purchase on any unworn accessories or Fortune Finds. All returns must be in their original condition. Lizzie Fortunato does not accept returns on any custom or sale items. The customer is responsible for all return shipping costs and should send exchanges to:

REPAIRS & PRODUCT CARE

Lizzie Fortunato will repair items purchased through lizziefortunato.com at no charge for up to 1 year following purchase (under all reasonable circumstances). For purchases older than 1 year, repairs will be subject to a fee assessed on a case-by-case basis. We will always do our best to repair your Lizzie Fortunato piece. Please contact us (contact@lizziefortunatojewels.com) with specific repair request to determine whether repair can be accommodated and the associated charge. All associated shipping charges are the responsibility of the customer.

Lizzie Fortunato pieces are handmade with care in New York and slight variations may exist between pieces. As a result of the handmade nature of both Lizzie Fortunato jewels and leather goods, pieces should be handled with care.

For gold and silver-plated metals, please expect some natural tarnishing over time with wear. To reduce the effect of wear, gently wipe jewelry with soft polishing cloth and store in a safe place. Protect jewelry from abrasive surfaces and harsh chemicals and please be mindful of wearing make-up near jewelry.

Lizzie Fortunato leather goods are constructed in New York and feature beading and embroidery from India. For embroidered and beaded leather goods, avoid excessive abrasion and wear to protect beading.
