Kathryn & I loved escaping to San Francisco last week. We hosted an awesome trunkshow at McMullen in Piedmont, enjoyed (free!) lunch at Facebook, shopped for prints and limited edition books at the incredible Book / Shop in Oakland, ate our favorite cinnamon toast at The Mill, and drank cocktails at Horsefeather.
The trip was originally inspired by our recent collaboration with St. Frank textiles, whose framed textiles and incredible home decor we’ve long admired:
After bonding over our shared love of textiles and handicrafts with St. Frank founder, Christina Bryant, we knew we had to work together. The result is a capsule of small leather goods and jewelry that incorporate the brand’s printed fabrics in our statement silhouettes:
We spent 2 nights last week toasting the collection, first in Palo Alto and then in San Francisco. Thank you to everyone who came out to celebrate with us – it was a blast! Kathryn and I loved meeting all the St. Frank followers, picking up a few gifts for friends, and scoping out the pieces that we’d like to bring home with us (dream!). Thank you St. Frank!
We also loved getting to visit McMullen, one of our all time favorite shops, located in Piedmont. Sherri does an incredible job of stocking hard-to-find, cool girl lines (Rosetta Getty, Rosie Assoulin, Ryan Roche, Stella Jean, Natasha Zinko, J.W. Anderson, Erika Cavallini), and we are delighted to be in the mix!
It was so fun unveiling some new Fall Styles, including our tassel rope belt, which Kathryn & I have been living in.
We love SF and can’t wait to return – Thank you to everyone who made the trip a blast!
